The annual Brewer Outing is back for 2025, and it’s shaping up to be another unforgettable day of ballpark fun, food, and team spirit. Whether you’re here for the game, the tailgate, or just good company — we can’t wait to see you there.
BEFORE THE GAME

- RSVP by or before Thursday, July 3 > place paper RSVP forms in ballot boxes near time clocks or complete the form below
- Decide on transportation > indicate on your RSVP form if you plan to take the OPTIONAL bus from KDV to the stadium and the stadium back to KDV
- If you do not plan to take the bus, you are responsible for own transportation and purchasing a parking pass. You can purchase pre-paid parking on this website Where to Park at American Family Field | Milwaukee Brewers
- Stadium gates open one hour prior to first pitch (1st pitch is at 6:10pm)
- Tickets will be handed out at work the week prior to the game
DURING THE GAME

- KDV will be located in the Johnsonville Party Deck
- The deck is located in right field so when entering look for the right field gates
- There is individual stadium seats in the JOHNSONVILLE PARTY DECK
- Food is served 1 hour before the start of the game (1st pitch is at 6:10pm) until two hours after first pitch
- Make sure to cheer on our home team of Milwaukee loud. GO BREWERS!
AFTER THE GAME
- The bus back to KDV will be located in the bus parking lot and will leave about 30 minutes after the game ends.
Stadium FAQs
American Family Field will only accept card.
“American Family Field is cashless at concession stands and at all retail locations and portable kiosks. Cashless payment options include credit/debit cards, Brewers Gift Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or pre-paid cards.”
American Family Field (formerly known as Miller Park) has a strict bag policy of “Single-compartment bags with dimensions of 9″ x 5″ x 2″ or smaller, clear single-compartment bags of 12″ x 12″ x 6″ or smaller, one-gallon clear seal top bags, diaper bags, and medical/family needs bags are permitted inside the ballpark”
As a KDV Employee you can bring one adult guest and any children who live in your household

- Buffet begins 60 minutes prior to first pitch and concludes 2 hours after first pitch:
Johnsonville bratwursts with sauerkraut, hot dogs with onions, grilled burgers, chicken tenders, side salads, mac & cheese, kettle chips, assorted cookies and unlimited soft drinks - Private restrooms
