WAUKESHA, WISCONSIN – May 12th, 2025 – KDV Label, LLC (“KDV” or the “Company”), a leading manufacturer of custom labels for food, beverage, personal care, specialty consumer goods, dairy, and automotive products, has officially broken ground on a new state-of-the-art facility in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
Briohn Building Corporation has been contracted to complete the design and construction of the new 117,000 square-foot facility for KDV Label, an award-winning manufacturer of custom labels for retail brands. Located at 2230 Corporate Drive in Waukesha, WI, the new facility will feature printing presses, offices, and warehousing and will allow for a future expansion of up to 39,000 square feet. Joe Jursenas of Briohn stated, “The partnership between KDV Label and Briohn is a natural fit. We focus on working with industrial manufacturing companies to maximize their efficiencies by helping design space that optimizes productivity and creating long-term solutions for future growth.”
To commemorate the start of the project, Briohn will host a groundbreaking ceremony at 3:30 pm on May 15th at the facility site. The event will include a ceremonial groundbreaking and speeches from key individuals on the project, including KDV’s President and CEO, Keith Walz. “This groundbreaking represents more than just a new facility—it symbolizes our commitment to our customers, our community, and our people,” said Walz. “We are excited to reaffirm our headquarters in Waukesha and continue building on the foundation of service and quality that makes us KDV Label.”
