WAUKESHA, WISCONSIN – July 29th, 2025 – KDV Label, LLC is pleased to welcome Heather Cassidy as its newest Account Manager. With over a decade of experience in project leadership, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration, Heather will focus on supporting key customer relationships and delivering exceptional service across KDV’s growing markets.

Heather brings a strong background in project and retail management, having led more than 20 successful store projects at JOANN Fabrics and Crafts, including new store builds and large-scale remodels. Known for her ability to lead diverse teams, manage complex timelines, and drive efficiency, she brings a customer-first mindset and hands-on experience that aligns well with KDV’s core values.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse.
