2nd Shift > Hours 2:00PM – 10:15PM

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Set up, operate, and monitor digital and hybrid flexographic label presses (inline finishing, coating, and die‑cutting as applicable)
- Load and verify label substrates including paper, film, and specialty materials
- Perform color matching and verification
- Maintain tight registration and print consistency
- Conduct inline quality checks
- Make press and software adjustments
- Troubleshoot press, workflow, substrate, ink, or finishing issues
- Complete production documentation, quality records, and roll traceability requirements
- Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and preventative press care
- Follow all safety, GMP, and housekeeping standards
- Work closely with prepress, quality, converting, and shipping teams to meet customer requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Printing or technical training preferred
- Experience with flexographic and/or digital label presses or CNC machining preferred
- Knowledge of pressure‑sensitive label materials, inks, and adhesives preferred
- Ability to read and execute job tickets, proofs, and customer specifications
- Mechanical aptitude with strong problem‑solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to consistent label quality
- Basic computer skills and experience with production systems
- Demonstrated good safety record
