We are seeking experienced Flexographic and Digital Press Operators to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a passion for quality printing. Hours
2nd Shift > 2:00PM – 10:15PM
3rd Shift > 10:00PM – 6:15AM (Sunday evening start)

What You Will Do
- Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic and digital printing presses
- Ensure accurate color, registration, and print quality
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot press issues
- Inspect printed materials for consistency and quality
- Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines and customer expectations
Qualifications
- Experience operating flexographic and/or digital presses preferred
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift
